Take Your Run For A DriveThis innovative program was implemented to provide car free, scenic opportunities for pedestrian and bicycle-oriented activities that promote healthy lifestyles for all.
Gates along Cliff Drive close to all motorized vehicles at 2 p.m., Friday and remain closed until 8 a.m. on the following Monday. (If a holiday falls on a Friday the gates will close at 2 p.m. the preceding Thursday. If a holiday falls on Monday, the gates will re-open the following Tuesday at 8 a.m.).
Cliff Drive is located in George E. Kessler Park in historic Northeast Kansas City and is part of the Kansas City, Missouri Park and Boulevard System.
