    The Course

A popular Northland course, Hodge Park Golf Course is located in a very scenic setting with heavily wooded, rolling terrain. The golf course is a par 71, measures 6,223 yards and brings into play three lakes and a creek making seven holes hazardous.

Ten of the holes have some degree of “dogleg,” which puts a premium on a golfer’s accuracy and skill. The golf course is surrounded by rolling prairies and native buffalo grass. The natural habitat of the golf course is home to a variety of wildlife.

Hodge Parks offers a full-length driving range, snack bar, fully-stocked pro shop, putting green and lockers.

    Paramobile2Paramobile

A paramobile is the equivalent of a one-person golf cart with a very important difference – it allows the person using it to stand, regardless of whether they have the function of their legs or not. Kansas City, MO Parks and Recreation is dedicated to serving all members of the community. The paramobile will allow persons with disabilities to stand and take an actual golf swing. This opens the sport of golf to people who haven’t been able to play due to an accident, or people who have never learned how to play because of a lifelong condition. There is no cost to use the Paramobile, but normal green fees apply.  The Paramobile can be reserved for use at any of our golf courses with a 48 hour notice.

    Location
