Art history is the foundation for our elementary art adventure class. We create different projects over a few weeks based on artist, periods, or cultures. Our focus is on techniques, vocabulary, materials, self-expression, and the process of creating rather than a craft style approach. This class is both lecture and craft based so every class is a surprise. Students learn from well known and lesser known artists. Materials are provided.
