Southeast Community Center and the Kansas City, MO Police Mounted Patrol are offering Fundamentals of Horsemanship for youth 10 –16 years old. This four-week session will teach basic horsemanship, provide instruction on proper riding techniques, safety, and care of horses. Registration deadline Sept. 30.
