Water Art is an exercise program designed to build/increase muscle strength, cardio endurance, flexibility and toning. A forty-five minute session includes a warm up, intervals of muscle sets and cardio, stretching and a warm down, Class is held in our 88 degree, four foot pool. This is not a learn to swim class for the child.
